Wings Over Mull Visitor Centre

This visitor attraction, close to Craignure, on the road to Fionnphort, houses a collection of birds of prey from around the world, and is pleased to have representatives of all the British Owl species along with hawks, falcons, eagles, kites and falcons. These birds are flown daily by their trained handlers.
The visitor centre houses a display on conservation, rehabilitation and the history of falconry.
Set in beautiful scenery, visitors can enjoy views over the Sound of Mull as they tour the site.
Around the area are nest boxes which have been set up to encourage birds of prey to breed, details of which are available to visitors to take back to their home area to spread know-how on of the conservation of these magnificent birds.

There are disabled facilities and the opportunity to book a "hawk-handling" experience.
Open from April to the end of October from 10.30am to 5.30pm, daily.
Flying displays are at 12 noon, 2pm amd 4pm also daily, weather permitting.

Admission Rates (2004):
Adult £4.50. Child £1.50, Concessions £3.50, Family £10.
Coach and School parties are welcome.
No dogs allowed.
